Payments
Payment can be made by cash, debit or credit card or by bank transfer. Payment is required at the end of each session.
If you are using private medical insurance, then invoices for treatment are sent directly to the insurer. Please check your policy conditions before treatment commences and ensure that you have a valid membership and claim number at the initial appointment. Most insurers require you to have a GP or Consultant referral or have completed a triage call prior to starting treatment. Please contact your insurer.
Cancellations
If you need to change your appointment please contact at least 48 hours in advance by phone, text or email. Please note that missed appointments are usually not covered by private health insurers and you may be liable for the full cost of missed sessions.
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice prior to any cancellations or rearrangements of appointments, otherwise 50% of the total treatment fee will be charged. This can be done by calling 07464 315468 or emailing info@southnorwoodphysio.co.uk.
Failure to show for an appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment fee. Please note that you may be asked to pay a deposit for your initial consultation.
